Cancellation Policy
A bungee jump booking may be cancelled or refunded up to 7 days prior to the jump. Any jump bookings that need to be cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of the jump will not be refunded. This may seem like a strict policy, but the business can't function without it. Some people get cold feet the day before the jump and will try to cancel, which means there is not enough time to fill that jump slot with a person who actually wanted to jump.
